Although the Company strives for the accuracy of historical and geographical data, it does not guarantee that the information is permanently updated regarding recent urban changes, monument schedules, or road conditions. The information is provided "as is".
The user acknowledges that the audio contents are narrative and artistic interpretations; the Company is not responsible for any historical inaccuracies or divergent interpretations.

02. USER AUTONOMY, LACK OF GUIDE SERVICES, AND SAFETY
The user acknowledges that the exploration of the city is done completely autonomously, independently, freely, and at their own risk.
The Company does not organize groups, define mandatory itineraries, or provide physical tour guides, companions, or monitors. The user is solely responsible for choosing their itinerary and making decisions on the ground.
Road Safety: The user is solely responsible for their physical integrity and is obliged to comply with all traffic rules and local signage. Listening to the content must never supersede the attention required for driving or pedestrian circulation. The use of full noise-canceling headphones that prevent hearing emergency sounds or surrounding traffic is strictly discouraged. We recommend using only one earbud in traffic areas.
03. EXCLUSION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL LIABILITY
SENSORY FRONTAGE - LDA., its managers, employees, or collaborators do not assume any civil or criminal liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform and the audio guide, including, but not limited to:
- Physical Damage and Accidents: Falls, traffic accidents, collisions, or any bodily injuries occurring while the user listens to the content;
- Material Damage: Loss, theft, robbery, or damage to electronic equipment (smartphones, tablets, headphones) or other personal property;
- Route Interruptions: Inability to visit mentioned locations due to construction, public events, administrative closures, or weather conditions.
04. CONDITIONS OF CONTENT USE
The software is designed for pedestrian use or passive mode. The Company declines any responsibility if the content is used in a way that causes distraction while driving motor vehicles, bicycles, or scooters. The risk of distraction is fully assumed by the user.

Any dispute will be governed by Portuguese Law.
To resolve any controversy, the competent jurisdiction will be the District of Lisbon, expressly waiving any other.
