02. Legal Nature and Tourist Activity Exclusion
We are a technological platform dedicated exclusively to publishing and licensing digital content. SENSORY FRONTAGE - LDA is not a tour operator, travel agency, or tour guide. We do not organize excursions, provide transportation, or guarantee the safety of the physical route.
03. Licensing and Right of Withdrawal
Users must be at least 18 years old. Purchasing a file grants a personal, individual, and non-transferable license. By initiating the download or streaming of the audio, the Customer expressly acknowledges losing their right of withdrawal (14-day refund policy) due to the instantaneous consumption nature of digital content.
04. User Responsibility
The user explores the city completely independently and autonomously. The user is solely responsible for their physical safety, road safety, and ensuring their equipment (smartphone, battery, data plan) is functional. We are not liable for accidents, damages, or real-time navigation support.
05. Intellectual Property
All content (audio, scripts, photos, software) is the exclusive property of SENSORY FRONTAGE - LDA. Public reproduction, extraction, commercial exploitation, or use by third parties for tour guide activities ("guide piracy") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account cancellation.
06. Payments and Privacy
Prices include VAT. Payments are processed by certified external gateways (e.g., Apple Pay, MBWAY, Stripe). We process your personal and transactional data in compliance with the GDPR, as detailed in our Privacy and Cookies Policy.
07. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction falls to the District of Lisbon. Consumers may also use Alternative Dispute Resolution entities like CACCL or the Electronic Complaints Book (www.livroreclamacoes.pt).
